Sushi Time Fish Report to February 6

Sushi Time Fish Report for the Week of February 1st thru the 6th 2014sush t

The week started off in a regular winter way with, an average temperature of 79º F, with partly cloudy skies and an average water  temperature of 74º F, quite a bit of wind making it bouncy and rough on the waters.  The fishing reflected it as well. A much slower week with 29 fishing trips provided by Sushi Time Sport Fishing, we had a very low 75.86% effectiveness catching fish, action completely slows down with very few Mahi Mahi and even fewer bill fish with just eight Striped Marlin caught, four being released and with an 50% of our catches being dorado, what keeps saving the day are the Spanish Mackerel, Bonita’s and Skip Jacks biting in the Sunset Beach area providing great fun and saving the day from getting skunked.
